Write to explain what phrenology is about in three sentences.
Phrenology was an attempt by a German doctor Granz Joseph Gall to analyze human behaviors from the person’s bumps on a person’s skull in the early 19th century.
He created a map of a human head that consists of 27 brain functions, such as friendship, bravery or memory, and linked them to a person’s head bumps.
Though the idea interested people of that time, it was later found unscientific to analyze human behavior.

Nearly 3 billion trips forecast for holiday travel rush
It creates the world’s largest annual human migration called Chunyun or referred to as the Spring Festival travel season. Nearly three billion trips are expected to be made during the period this year, a slight increase from the previous year. Though the majority of the trips are seen on the roads and highways, over 400 million train trips and 73 million air travels are going to be made.

中国「春節」スタート 30億人移動
中国などで4日、旧正月に伴う大型連休が始まった。期間中に中国ではのべ約30億人が帰省などで移動し、過去最高の700万人が海外を訪れる見通し。土日を加えると9連休になるベトナムからの海外旅行者も増えそうだ。アジアで人の大移動が本格化し、人気渡航先の一つである日本では小売業などで訪日客需要の書き入れ時を迎えている。
中国では旧正月を春節と呼び盛大に祝う。実家に帰省する人が多く、春節前後の約40日間は「春運」と呼ばれ交通機関が大混雑する。2019年は1月21日から3月1日が春運にあたり、中国政府によると同期間の旅客数は29億9000万人で、前年同期に比べ0.6%増える見通し。
輸送機関別では自動車が24億6000万人、鉄道が4億1300万人、民間航空が7300万人だ。平常に比べ高速道路の渋滞の長さは5倍以上、鉄道の利用者数も3～4倍に膨らむとされる。
春節期間の海外旅行者も多い。中国の旅行予約サイト大手、携程旅行網（シートリップ）によると19年の春節期間の海外旅行者数は前年比7%強多い700万人となる見通し。人気渡航先はタイが1位で、日本は2位。インドネシア、シンガポール、ベトナムと続く。
中国南部の広東省に住む30代女性の陳さんは今年の春節にあわせ家族4人で日本を訪問。9日間かけ東京や京都、静岡や川崎など7都市を周遊し、「買い物の予算は4万～5万元（約65万～約81万円）で、服や化粧品、薬などに使う」という。
中国以外でも旧正月にあわせて連休になる国や地域は多い。ベトナムの旧正月はテトと呼ばれ、19年の関連休暇は土日も加えると9日間で18年より2日多い。香港でも5～7日で3連休、シンガポールやマレーシアは5～6日で2連休となる。
土日を含めると6日まで5連休となる韓国ではこの連休中に仁川空港を利用する観光客が100万人を超える見通しだ。旅行大手ハナツアーによると、連休中の海外旅行先は東南アジアが全体の51%を占め、次いで日本（24%）、中国（11%）の順となった。東南アジアの中ではベトナムが1番人気で、次いでタイの人気が高い。
