Inequalities need to be reduced between developed and developing countries.
What also needs to be reduced is deepening
inequalities among vulnerable populations,
such as refugees, migrants, minorities, indigenous
peoples, older persons, people with
disabilities, and children.

in the richest countries.

mortality rates in rural areas are still up to
three times higher than in urban areas.
