英語民間試験-Sr.2-May 16

英語能力の測定と民間試験

2020年度大学入試から、1月に実施される「大学入学共通テスト」の成績、または、「英語の民間試験」の成績を3年次に2回まで当試験を採用する大学に送ることが可能になる。

・「大学入学共通テスト」は2020年1月から導入される新テストで、現行のセンター試験に替わって、国公立大学および参加する私立大学にて活用される。当テストでは数学と国語に記述式が導入される。

・  英語は2023年度までは当テスト（現行同様リーディング80分、リスニング60分）と、

英語4技能を測定する英語の民間資格・検定試験を併用し（各大学が選択、比重などを設定）

2024年度からは民間資格・検定試験に一本化する方針。

・「英語の民間資格・検定試験」は1日で4技能全てを受験するもので

- 英検CBT、TEAP-CBT、TOEIC（L&R, S&W）、TOEFL(iBT) などから受験生が選択、

- 高校３年生以降の４月～12月の間に２回まで受験、

- 成績結果は受験者IDによって、試験実施主体⇒ 大学入試センター⇒ 受験大学に送付

・文科省が参照するCEFR (外国語の学習、教授、評価用の欧州共通参照枠)の

レベルB1は英検2級で1980-2299,  

レベルB2は同準1級で2300-2599（TOEIC-LR700, TOEFL-IBT 70~）

☆ 各技能が同じ配点比率なので知識や理解偏重でなく、4技能を統合した指導と練習必要

参考 2019年私立大学の外部検定利用例　

実際の入試や推薦の際に適用される試験の種類やスコア基準は、各大学が独自に設定

英検2級ＣＢＴの目標スコア(2200)なら、多くの大学・学部の要件をクリア、または、加点

英語・国際系の学部や最上位大学はCEFR-B2 (準1級レベル)を要件や加点とする学部あり

About Family Name in Japan

Japanese law requires one family name for all the member of a family. 
However, some women, especially those who keep working outside, want to keep their identities and use their original family names even after their marriage. 
Do you think a married couple should have only one registered family name or they should be allowed to keep their own family names?
