返信削除I think it is ok to edit photos of clothing models. If clothes don't look beautiful, no one buys them. People can imagine how the clothes would look on them by looking at the photos. So, editing photos isn't harmful. It is just one way of advertising.

I think this practice is acceptable. Edited photos help readers to imagine how the clothes look. Editing makes the clothes look more attractive and increases interest in fashion. It is easier to express the image and theme that designers want to show. As long as readers understand the photos are edited, this practice is not a problem.

返信削除I think it’s a good idea to promote people’s willingness to purchase. If the clothes don’t fit the models well, people will not want to buy them. The model’s job is to make the clothes look more attractive, so the editing doesn’t have negative impact. Also, fashion magazines don’t have to only publish unaltered photo for the magazine as newspapers. They don’t have negative purpose towards readers, so the editing is not bad thing.
