Eiken Report-Nov 20

Report the dialogue in the past tense in three sentences.
The woman asked the man if he had taken a look at / had checked the stereo. 
He said it was broken and needed to be fixed/repaired. 
They would take it to the electronics shop for repairs that afternoon (on the way to the shopping mall).

    He couldn't seem to fix it, so he thought they had to take it to electronic shop for repairs.
    They would stop on the way to the shopping mall that afternoon.
